I have done an online order through Vodacoms Website, waited a week for them to phone me (According to their website it takes 24-48 hours). After the week has passed, I phoned them for assistance. After holding the line for more than a half an hour, they referred me to someone else. The next person hung up on me. After the third phonecall, it is clear that they haven't received the order on the reference number I gave them. Then I was asked to redo the whole process. Ridiculous!
