Cell C
Pathetic service

I was promised that my phone will be deliverd to me last week Thursday. After upgrading 6 weeks ago, i still do not have a phone. I received my bill for April but no phone. In my opinion, Cell C does not care about their customers.
This is now my 5th complaint on Hellopeter and I've also mailed their customer services department 4 times. The fact that they call that department "Customer Services" is rather pathetic.
