False Marketing and pathetic service from Cell C

On the 24th of September, I sent in my blackberry 9320 to Cell-C Chatsworth as my scroller had suddenly stopped working. It is more than the 21 day period that Cell-C promises and states that they will have your phone repaired. On the 21st October, I received a message from Cell-C stating that my phone had now been in the hands of a technician. 1 week later, there's still no response from Cell C. How long can it possibly take to repair a scroller? The communication skills in keeping their customers well informed about their phones is quite pathetic for a cellphone and networking company. It looks like they only worry about selling a contract to a customer and nothing else. I am currently paying for something that I cannot use. Cell C's services are pathetic and needs to be rectified as soon as possible. They should not be making promises that they cannot fulfill as that is false marketing. I think the only thing they stick to is their motto which is "Cell C, for yourself", whereby they keep the phone you purchased, for themselves!
