Horrible service despite being a client for >20yrs

Hi. I have been with FNB for over 20 years and I am a Premier/Platinum customer. I have e-mailed and contacted FNB to resolve a matter of a cell phone offer for me and also to provide me with the name of my premier banker as well as a manager to contact me. I received one phone call and the person agreed to call back the next morning. It is a week later and no call. Subsequently I also e-mailed customer care a few times and the premier banking department and all I get is an automated e-mail stating I will be contacted in 24 hours and that is it. It seems that all FNB cares about charging higher services fees with false promises of having a dedicated banker. Furthermore it seems I am an irritation and must be ignored only the higher fees taken from me are important. I can't believe that after 20 years of being a loyal customer and having many products with FNB I mean nothing to them. If customer care and the premier department cannot contact me I will have no choice but to close of all my accounts. This is horrible service from FNB.
