On the 12/02/2013 I sent Cell C an email telling that I do not wish to renew my contract with them due to bad service.
Based on previous bad service received from Cell C I decided to follow it up by going to a store in the Clear Water Mall and again faxed them a letter instructing Cell C to cancel my contract, on the 15/02/2013.

Within a couple of hours i received a phone call from customer service asking why I was cancelling the contract and I explained again it was due to their poor service.

On Monday I opened up my emails to find a statement from Cell C, where they are trying to bill me for April?

Clearly Cell C don't know how to manage their accounts?

I tried calling them, I sent an email to the customer service and got a failure notification that the mail box is full?
How do you run a business like this?

I am still waiting for someone to call me back to sort out this mess.
