3Months of no ADLS, 1000 promises it will be fixed

I would like to applaud Afrihost on the quick responses from their help-desk. The 1st and 2nd line support are quick in trying to assist and always helpful and friendly.

This is all good and fine if you are actually getting what you are paying for. I think the fact that I have been paying for a 2MB line and it's still syncing at 512Mbp/s is pathetic and ridiculous. It started in the middle of February when lighting hit our line. I got great service from Afrihost, we replaced our router and telkom came out to do their bit. Since then I have not had a decent internet connection. I constantly complained about connectivity. In the beginning of April my line finally stabilized and I could browse with no time outs. It was then when I was informed they managed to only stabilize it on a 512Kb line. I was promised this will get fixed soon. I can hardly open a web page on a 512Kb line. I have been paying for a 2Mb line the past 3 months now and have had nothing but empty promises and regret. You quick to take money but so slow to actually deliver on a service you offer.

I'm just shocked a company can go from hero to zero so quickly in my books.
