Does it really take THREE and a half weeks to deliver a phone and to port a number??
I've had bad service, broken promises and still THREE and a half weeks later my number hasn't been ported. I ordered the contract the last week in March, paid upfront and was promised I'd RECEIVE my new phone, along with my number ported and air time on the 1st of April and its now the 16th of the month and my number is still out of use and no air time received yet, after numerous calls to both the call centre and clearwater and also personally going to Clearwater mall 6 times!!! If this is the reputation you show clients I hope you dont treat your international guests this way!!!
