Have C-Cover but have R500 for repairs

Last week I booked my Samsung Galaxy S2 in for repairs at the Sandton City, and I told the guy there that the contract which i took the phone on "Active Chat 100" came with C-cover, I called this morning to follow up on the repairs and i was told that there is a quote confirmation of R500. Why am I required to pay this amount when I have C-Cover. I was told to call the customer care which I did... I held on for a rediculous long time befor a consultant got to me, and he then transfered my call to the C-Cover department, which I HELD ON FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES BEFOR THE CALL WAS DROPPED ON ME. I CALLED AGAIN WHICH I WAITED A REALLY LONG TIME BEFOR ANOTHER CONSULTANT GOT TO ME WHO THEN TRANSFERED ME TO THE C-COVER DEPARTMENT WHICH I THEN HELD ON FOR 35 MINUTES BEFOR I HUNG.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, I WILL NOT PAY THE QUOTED AMOUNT AS I HAVE C-COVER ON THE PHONE
