I previously experienced PRECISELY the same problem as I am currently experiencing! My phone was damaged after a motorcycle accident 05/2012. I had active C-Cover so I took in my phone to CELL C Hatfield for repairs. I eventually got my phone back after 3 months as my Incident report form was "not received" initially even though I completed all documents. My Galaxy S2 broke down AGAIN after using the USB charger in January. I took my phone to Cell C Hatfield, confirmed I still had active C-cover, and requested the consultant (Quintin) to provide me with ALL the forms required for repairs. After 2 odd weeks I received a SMS quoting me R2698.51 for the repairs - I have cover! I phoned the c/centre (where you wait ridiculously long for any assistance) only to get cut off twice after being transferred to repairs. I don't understand why you can't reach c-cover or repairs directly? The repairs consultant advised me that there is an incident form outstanding. I drove to the branch AGAIN to receive the form and I faxed and e-mailed the completed form on 13 Feb. The automated reply states that I will receive feedback within 24-48 -Still waiting- Staff aren't adequately trained & NO responses
