Still no refunds After 3 months, come on people

The service and customer service is so bad that after 7 years I cancelled my account with [URL Removed] The service were on and off, and never a warning as to why it went down or when it would be up. Also don't bother trying to email or call, no one answers any form of communication. WHEN THEY DO, DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING. They just wont help! So i kindly asked them to refund me the remainder of the my year subscription. They agreed, but 3 months latter and many promises, emails and calls, still not paid the money back. A mere R860.00. How on earth is it not possible to pay such a small amount back? I can see accounts are just as bad as their customer service... all promise, but NO joy... Take my advice. STAY WAY!!!
