Bad communication leads to extra charges

I have informed Cell C of me leaving SA due to unemployment and sent a request for my Contract to be cancelled, i have also taken insurance covering myself in the event of unempolyment and notified them on my situation. Since February of this year no-one was able to give me any confirmation on the amount i need to pay as this insurance does not cover me all of a sudden. i have request that i be refunded for all the insurance premuims i paid and NO ONE has even replied on this. after months of emails to them they reply afer 6 months now giving me a bill with extra charges on all the months that i did not pay the outstanding amount. All i get is an automated responce to say they will get back to me within 48hrs... and im still waiting. i have also spoken to a call center agent who confirmed that they will refund me on my insurance premuims but this WAS A LIE. THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND MISLEADING HAS NOW MADE ME WRITE THIS COMPLAINT. ONLY NOW I EXPECT A RESPONSE.. TO CELL C MANAGEMENT GROW SOME AND LET ME DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT IS ABLE TO HELP ME. I WILL NOT STOP TILL I AM 100% SATISFIED. I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING EXTRA FOR MY CANCELLATION. [Email Removed]
