Blatant Incompetence and!!!

When I applied for my medical aid, I specified not once, but TWICE on my form that I will pay my medical aid via EFT and that they can use my bank account for refunds ONLY. The person who captured the form was obviously INCOMPETENT and did not bother to capture that information which led to my account being loaded for a debit order. I noticed this on the Medscheme website AFTER I had done my EFT payment. I promptly called customer service to explain, and they said "oh yes I can see it on your form" - BUT, they went ahead and took off the debit order anyway, resulting in my other debit orders now not being paid and of course extra bank charges which will have to be paid by ME of course! HOW THE HECK CAN YOU MAKE SUCH A MISTAKE??? WHO IS GOING TO REFUND MY BANK CHARGES??? HOW CAN YOU GO INTO MY ACCOUNT AND MONEY FROM ME AND THIS EVEN AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID YOU!!! THE INCOMPETENCE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! I DEMAND ANSWERS AND MONEY BACK!!!
