My wife signed up for this pathetic service, which we subsequently cancelled due to their horrendous customer service. We cancelled her subscription in March but this doesn't bother the 'Rubies' they'll just continue debiting my account. Absolutely USELESS. How on 's Green Earth do people like this stay in business.
