My contract ended with Autopage on the 5th of March, since then I have applied to port my line to MTN directly.

It was a mission of note, and even asked Autopage to be put on pay as you go to move the process along faster.
Enen after doing that, between the lady at the MTN store and the internal MTN helpdesk, they still battled to "port" the number. I eventually phoned the internal helpdesk and sorted that nonsense out.

So on Monday 8th I went back to the store to sign my contract an collect my phone. Today is already the 16th April, and lone and behold I an still on PAY AS YOU GO!!.

Please get this nonsense sorted out internally as I am!
