No assistance recieved with Port

I did an upgrade and an internal port on Friday, 13 September 2013. I was told that the port will be activated within a couple of hours. Monday, 16 Septemeber I was disconnected on my old network (MTN) and not activated on the new one (Vodacom).

I have called Autopage numerous times today and have been told that the only person that can assist is the person that helped with the upgrade. Keith has not been answering his phone. I have been without a phone the entire day and this is impacting delivery to my clients.

I am highly disappointed with the service I have recieved with Autopage. My contract period with them has been complete misery and I regret not porting to Vodacom directly.
