Unauthorised debit order on my account

Last year I took a contract phone with Game in Sandton. I only wanted to pay for the phones and didn't sign up for any additional insurances. Last month my account was debited with two amounts by Game i.e. R57 & R71 I thought maybe I bought something and didn't go to the bank to reverse, This month my account was debited with these two amounts again I went to the bank to reverse the debit order as I didn't authorize Game to take my money. I wrote a compliment report on Hello Peter when they gave me good service but now i am disappointed because they are debiting my account without my authority. Please return the money you debited to me last month and cancel the debit order that I don't even know as I won't have time to go to the branch every month to reverse it.
