UNAUTHOURISED DEBIT/NO STATEMENT

JM Attorneys has without my knowledge in December debits my account with 4 amounts of R405.01 and 2 amounts of R803.92 without either informing or confirming with me. The only debit I know and has been debited monthly is the one for R803.92, but I still don't understand why it was debited twice this month. over and above that I have been waiting for over 4 months just for a balance statement of my account which they are debiting... was promised twice that it would be emailed to me, still haven't received it. Im very frustrated to be short of over R3000 in December without me even knowing.
