Inconsistant debits every month

Hi

I have a personal loan with African bank which I have been getting inconsistent debits going out of my account for two consecutive months, last month I was debited 3times amounts I never agreed on and I had to get an affidavit to get my bank to reverse those monies back into my account, but when I call African bank I am told none of those amounts reflect on their side I have bank statements to prove it, then this month November I have been debited 5 times (767 x2) (233x2) then 350 so now that is 2350 in total, im still being told it doesn't reflect on African banks account I stil have proof from my statement an with this reason I want to cancel the debit order with them and pay cash because I cannot go through all this charges every single month it is total madness and African bank should learn to respect people and stick to the arrangement
