I sent in a phone for repairs on 7 Mar 2013 through Altech Autopage on behalf of my mother. She was not given a loan phone to use in the meantime. The phone had been sent in for repairs for the same problem in December 2012. The phone was picked up and only used from January 2013 to end Feb 2013. The phone is a Nokia 500. It has taken a very long time to get the phone back and this is the second time it has been sent in.
My mom called on 5 April 2013 TO FOLLOW UP and was told that she must wait for an sms, still No LOAN PHONE WAS OFFERED! My mother has not received any phonecall or sms regarding this phone from any of your employees. Is this how you treat your clients? Are you a professional company? If you claim you are a professional company, surely the customer would be updated? Surely you have SLA's with Nokia and if that SLA passes you call the client and ask HOW YOU CAN AT LEAST MEET THEM HALF WAY!!! Not this horrific and debolical customer service that you have provided to my mother. I am simply disgusted at how this whole thing has been handled and I do not know HOW this relationship can be mended as the trust has already been broken!!!
