Hi i have serious problems with Altech Autopage

I was using my Nokia 700 phone when the touch screen did not react. Altech Autopage closed their shop and they send a corrier to my house and i gave the phone to their couriers in a post office bag but they took it out in front of me and left with the phone in his hand after i told him to leave it in the bag. Autopage send me a picture of the phone to show me the damage i did but there is no fiscal damage to the phone. I took the picture Autopage send me to a phone repairer at Portshepstone and he could not see any damage done by me either and actually said they are taking a chance. The phone had no marks or scratches on it because i always kept it in a pouch from day one. Just after i bought the phone the screen came loose but was still working and was send back for repairs. And yes, you are right. In the picture you sent there is no physical damage.
