Migration Issues... WHY?!

I upgraded on 1 March from a Top-Up 100 to Top-up 200 account. I am paying for Top-up 200, BUT receiving Top-up 100 value.

Visited MTN N1 City and was assisted by an awesome lady who contacted the call centre and was told that she should log the issue. She did that and I received a reference number. Phoned Call Centre a day later and was told migration will only be finalised 14 May. I can only then REQUEST credit?! WHY?! Should I now be paying for a service I do not receive? Should I now "pay" for the delayed systems? Why was I not informed of this?!

I always received great service from MTN, but now you have failed me - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE MTN!!
