Migration failed and no urgency to get resolved

Please assist Urgently. I upgraded on 10 august 2013 in-store - Westgate - inv: INV12293325. I requested that the package be upgraded from 2GB to 3 2GB. this never happened, I phoned 808 on 22 August 2013 at 07:30 to report that the incorrect data was supplied and was not the 3 2GB but the 2GB. REF: 103292173. I was also told that there had been attempt to migrate me on 16 August 2013 which failed. the call centre consultant stated that she would escalate it as urgent.

I phoned 808 tonight 29 August 2013 22:40 - the line was extremely bad and kept on breaking up. from what I can gather from the consultant that MTN has postponed the migration to 22 September 2013 - I have already been billed for the 3 2GB package - which has not been delivered - am I going to be credited for this amount since it has not been delivered? inv: E586542769

How many attempts were made after the first failure? Why is it still not rectified? Why did the migration get postponed? Under who's Authorisation? Why was I not contacted or notified?

I feel this is unacceptable as I gave sufficient time.
