Contract Migration failed - now they are not avail

I requested a migration to a higher contract at the end of December. I was told on the phone it was done, no problem but would only be active on 1st Feb. Come 1st of Feb it was not done. I contacted the call centre and was told the migration had failed and they would contact me to see what they can do about it. Nobody has contacted me and I just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get through to someone.
