For the past year I have been trying to sort out my Telkom bill. Every month they add a R160 "service fee" on my account, which is the same amounts as my subscription fee. This month alone after days on the phone with their call centre, I was told first I owe R90. Then a few days later via sms R400. In each case I made an EFT payment of R90 and R560 Respectively, payment received and confirmed by Telkom on Friday the 12th of April. Imagine my lack of surprisehumour when I receive a telkom bill of R490 balance brought over from last month, bringing the amount owed over my debit order limit, due to R160 "service fee" Meaning another
day wasted trying to contact someone on Telkoms call centre to have my debit limit adjusted.
I am sick and tired of running around for Telkom, and paying their ridiculous service fees.
