3rd complaint, still no resolution

This is so ridiculous it's almost funny, but seems this is only way MTN will respond.

Veronica (REQ 1906326) responded to 1st complaint (14/03) about upgrade in Jan not processed. Seeing they disconnected BIS which is on my contract, I reported the issue was not resolved. I have sent emails to her, with information from MTN's website showing I am entitled to BIS (I upgraded in January before change over)& requesting feedback to give to my lawyer but have not had any responses. Also, to date my address, surname & email (part of the original complaint) have not been updated.

Mantoa (REQ 1982662) responded to 2nd complaint (5/04) about me being put on Absolute due to MTN not processing my upgrade in Jan (when I signed up for BIS). All I got was the standard we are aware of "issues" relating to Absolute, indicating to me that my complaint wasn't read properly or understood seeing it was not about Absolute issues.

So please MTN, no more standard responses!!! Sort it out, i.e cancel my contract (without costs) so I can change networks / reconnect my BIS or let me know who I need to address the lawyer's letter to as I am done dealing with "Customer Service" / CIP Administrato
