Credit customer assist- what's going on there?

I lodged a complaint with the complaints resolution centre on 28 August. To date, CCA has not resolved my issue, despite it being escalated as an accelerated application. I have had problems of no responses to emails, despite contact details being provided in the auto response for escalation due to non response. I am wondering whether those people exist at all? I have been promised resolution by last week Friday, and since then, Hilda-the manager dealing with my application, has not answered her phone. It's been 3 working days and her phone just rings.

I am writing this complaint so that management is made aware that there is a serious problem at Credit Customer assist. Since this is unsecured lending, it is my belief that the division should be highly competent and efficient, because the lack of information and poor processing in a service dealing with debt consolidation is a high risk to the debt problem in this country.

I sincerely hope that something drastic is done to improve the services rendered by CCA.
