On-going woes after their mistake, 2nd complaint

Seems this is only way to get a response. Upgraded on 29/01/13 but for some reason MTN didn't process it. Was only told this after trying to sort it out & a hellopeter complaint (14/3/13). They then reprocessed my upgrade (admitting the fault was on their side) but conveniently this "upgrade" came after 1/03 & BIS was cancelled - although contract states BIS as I actually upgraded before the change over. MTN's website clearly states those on BIS would continue the same benefits (i.e. uncapped) until upgrade, which is only Jan 2015 for me. Also have an sms from MTN (6/03) stating this & found this MTN response to another complaint on this site: "Kindly note that since your contract includes the BIS plan for 24 months it cannot be changed to any of the new plans" possibly (looking at the name) by the same person handling my complaint, yet who told me I can't have BIS AS PER MY CONTRACT because of Absolute, so they make up rules as they go. My complaint is now supposedly going to the Ombudman seeing I'm "not happy". I am going to consult a lawyer on the matter as I am not getting the services I signed up for & thus requested a progress report on my complaint, yet still waiting
