Debit orders going off on the wrong dates

I'm very unhappy with 8eita. I authorised a debit order for the 25th of every month and it was put forward today the 15th of January. Called customer service and all they said was that they were sorry, but my money is gone! This is not the first time this has happened. The debit orders have not been going off as they should. Its as if they deliberately wait for the amounts to accumulate to a lump sum and then deduct the lot from your account when they feel that its substantial. This is very wrong at every level and no one is giving me an amicable solution from 8eita. This is very unprofessional and I'm sure the Consumer Council Act and FICA do not permit this type of conduct.
