Debit Orders Wrong date

As per 8.ta they informed their customers that there would be no debit orders on 25/12/2012 however I received no notification of this. When I took out this contract I stipulated on their forms for the debit orders to be done on the 25th of each month. Since then they have not informed me of this only to have my line suspended, when I spoke to a lady in their billings department she said they attempeted a debit order on the 04/01/2013 and then again on the 07/01/2013, this was repeated in January and february 2013. My question to to her was why 8.ta never a did a debit order as specified on the 25th of each month as stated and signed by myself. I have had access to my 3G fro the whole of January and first week in February. However if they were having problems why was I not contacted via e-mail, phone or by sending me a letter via mail to inform me of this? I now have to pay for 3 months but lose a months worth of 10gigs, what kind of service do you people supply and how incompetant are your staff to not listen and hear what the client is saying, and if you notified your clients accordingly as to the changes you make your clients will assist you have more than one option available!
