Unauthorised debit orders

I keep getting unauthorised debit orders on my account and this is happening every month and still nothing has been done about it. Please can someone explain to me who authorised these R299.99and R99.99 debit orders.
Every month-end, I have to ask the bank to reverse the amounts and block those people but still i get unauthorised debit orders.
I don't trust ABSA anymore.
