I need answer to my question not emails not explain my statement I know how to read an statement I m admin manager so I do understand statement. I never got an email from you at all give me the date and the time you send it please. And why did the lady that phoned me and told me she needs to get all the stuff together and see where the problems is she needs to go find the telephone conversation and listen and than she will get back to me why get back to me with an email that I never got. Your service is to very bad and I will not refer any of my friends nor family to 8ta service is bad. I m boiling at the moment and very upset I m not stupid so do not treat me like one please. All I m asking is answer my question.
