Swearing back at a custome

I walked in to the bank asked for a bank statement then the lady asked me.to go take it from the kiosk even if i told her i need a stamped statement... i.did that and there was an estamp i went back to her and asked if the estamp is acceptable by other banks and she aid to me in a rude tone... what do i want, i also got off and told her because to me she was very rude... i went back to the queue and the time she was serving me i was still off then i told her again that she is rude then we exchanged words i ended up loosing it and told her where to get off and told her to off and stuff... guess what she also told me where to off infront of the branch manager... and even the stupid security told me to shut up

hate that stupid bank and all the stuff they have
