Applied for a contract online. Kgomotso Mamotse Mdhluli called me. I couldnt give some of the info so I asked if I could email & she said ok she will send me an email and call once she has received everything. emailed her back the info with a question after hours and was expecting a call the following day. instead I get an sms that my contract was approved and the courier will call to arrange delivery. i then email her again to ask the same question and still no answer. I forward the emails to customer care and still no answer. I get an sms today on my way to work that the phone will be delivered and I should have my ID and address ready.
No1 called to arrange delivery with me, to find out if today would be convenient for me and to let me know in advance what docs I would need. And I still dont have an answer from Mamotse or Customer care to my question which my taking of the contract is depended on.
If this is how you treat customers who are interested in signing up with youthen your service is really pathetic. Dont deliver the phone if the question I asked wont be answered because im not interested in being a customer to a company that does this. I will stay with Vodacom!!!
