Payment not on statement no help/response

I received my Edgars/Jet statement, with my payment of Sept. not reflecting, phoning the call centre, not able to help give 2 Jhb numbers no answer at either of them spending whole day for help, eventually back at call centre, speak to a lady explained and faxed the proof to her asking for feedback and updated statement still nothing. Yesterday went to Edgars Potchefstroom lady very helpfull trying to phone 6 numbers no answer or response. She could see there was a note made on my account that I did querry on the 15 October 2013 about the payment but nothing was done about it. I do feel this is very bad, unproffesional not to answer a telephone where it is your duty to help customers. People just say sorry I can't help you. I am not going to make another payment before I receive an updated statement with the payment reflecting. I don't know how they get paid if they don't give a service to customers. I am vurious and very disgusted by the Edcon group to say the least.
