I have been sending emails, on the 08 and 18.07.2013 and called the the customer service line on the 18th .07.2013 requesting a statement of my account with no joy, till today I have not recieved a statement. My ref. no. is 07837348. Why is it so difficult for your agents to email a statement of payment to me, why do they commit themselves if they are not going to stick to that commitment. I'm starting to seriously question their intergrity. I am still requesting for an updated statement of my account. I am very unhappy...
