Laptop still on its way

I have had it with MTN my wife wants to upgrade for a laptop (HP Pavilion m6) and they keep on saying that it is on its way and it has been 3 weeks now and the first time she was told and i was there that it will be there just bring the money and you can get the laptop and i asked the person are you sure and i was told yes on the 3 JAN so then that day came and we were told that its on its way and now its 3 weeks later

I am so tempted to tell them to cancel the contract and then go to another company but ima give till Friday if still nothing then we are gone
