I requested that BES get activated on my account. I was told the process takes 24 hours. It has been 24 hours, they cut my BIS off, so no access to e-mail and there is not one person who will take responsibility and tell me when I am going to be online. When you ask to speak to someone more compenent the y cut you off and you have to start all over? How is it that we live in a country where we just accept such absolute service?
