I hate to write complaints over the net but sometimes you just need an outlet to get rid of the anger that many of South Africans go through daily because our big retailers are not service oriantated. I handed my phone in on 03/11/2012 with their Branch in Potchefstroom to get repaired under insurance from Cell C, insurance are included on my Business Chat contract. After 4 weeks I have not heard anything back from Cell C and after hours trying to speak to someone I reverted back to the branch in Potch. The notified me that I need to pay for the repairs, after going back and forth they agreed it was there fault the insurance must cover the repair and I am responsible for the access and need to complete new forms. No problem with that excepts 4 weeks waisted. About 4 weeks later I tried to phone customers service again but after 45min you get cut off, that happend a couple of times. So I left it till after the holidays and again tried yesterday through the call centre with no luck so I had to go through the branch again. They notified me that the phone was returned to the branch not repaired because I did not accept the quote... What a bunch of. A change is as good as a holi
