IPad damaged by MTN

Please see Damaged IPad [#6739000] and REQ:2275382 and REQ:2195058, as well as https:///mtn/complaints/contract-i-pad-in-repairs-for-almost-3-weeks-1096289 and https:///mtn/complaints/breach-of-contract-from-mtn-with-no-resolution-1111695 .
It is now more than 4 months. A double debit order went off my account. Mantoa, please contact these people who have been working on this issue - [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and get this issue resolved for once and all. I want this contract cancelled. I am so frustrated by the lack of willingness to help and also the fact that I have to pay for something I cannot use. Can someone please just phone me so we can sort this out?
