Number porting - service down 9 days - NO PHONE!

I contacted Nashua to port a number and upgrade a contract. Karen assisted me - she started very efficiently.

I followed up with Simphiwe because I got no feedback after forms were sent. I was told porting of number would happen on 12 Aug. Today is 19 Aug. Number has been dead since 10 Aug. I bought an 8TA prepaid Sim. Already loaded R140.00 since 12 Aug.

Pathetic - no cell phone for 9 days! If this was my business phone I would have lost clients.

Karen said MTN is at fault (buck passing) - not my problem - I am dealing with Nashua here - MTN will refer me back to them.

This morning I had enough - I want to cancel contract - return the phone. I mailed all the people below -

Mostly managers in escalation chain of retentions. NO FEEDBACK AT ALL!! Not one has returned a response.

I need this contract cancelled - I will use the 8ta directly from Telkom Mobile.

Please assist.
