INCORRECT PACKAGE AGAIN!!!

I opened up a 1 Gig Top Up contract at Game Boksburg with Vodacom.

The contract is R299 per month were you get 1 Gig of Data per month. When that finishes, you are able to either top up or wait for the next month. I remember that I specifically signed for that.

I checked the balance and see that my bill is almost R800. I phoned Vodacom and they say that I am not on that contract. I explained what I signed for and they advised that they need a copy of the contract which I need to get.

I do not have the time to get the contract and believe that Vodacom is responsible in sorting this issue out as they have done this incorrecty.

When I got my first contract in 2006, the same billing issue happened.

This needs to be sorted out immediately or I will cancel the contract and have to return the iPad immediately.
