I have received a replacement phone last week from the CSurance and needed to do a sim swop, i collected this phone @ Rosebank where they told me i must call 140 they will help me, because i was away over the weekend i called Monday night and i was told it will take 24-48 hours and someone will call me on my other number. On Wednesday i did a follow up no one called and i was told its not done and someone from that department will call me and no one called as i made another call this morning 8:00 12/04/2013 same story i will be called its 11am and still waiting. It is so irritating a small thing like sim swop what about big quiries. Cell C i am dissapointed what happened to customer service. You expect people to rate ur service, i will rate you 0 all the time you deserve it.
