A WEEK TO GET A SIM SWOP DONE, AND STILL WAITING

Upgraded from Nokia C3to Samsung Galaxy SIII at Game 25 Feb. Saleslady did not inform me of need to have micro-simcard. Eventually they couriered me a simcard as I live 200km's from nearest cell phone shop. They told me that Petra from CellC regional office would call me to do sim swop 28 Feb. Nothing happened. I phoned CellC myself on 2 March and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. On Tuesday, 5 February, I called CellC again only to be told that it would not be 48 hours but 48 working hours, in other words one week. This morning I called CellC again, and I am told that they can only put another log on my call, but can not tell me when sim swop will be done. I have two CellC contracts, I have never defaulted on a payment. My call ref number with CellC 3020200371. To date nobody from CellC has called me back or responded to my e-mails of 4 Feb and 7 Feb. Apparently one can not call a complaints department at CellC. I am hoping that someone who is in a position to sort this out, will get back to me.
