RIDICULOUS TREATMENT!!!

My phone was at Cleawater Mall on Saturday. I went to the Cell C branch at the mall to suspend the line. They told me they couldn't do it (strange!) and advised me to call 140 to do so. I did this and inquired about getting a new SIM card. The agent told me to purchase one and call back, which I did.

After verification of the SIM details, I was told that someone from the SIM swop department would call me on Monday to complete the process. I must have been on a call or out of signal on Monday, because all I got was a voicemail from Cell C asking me to rate their service (???).

I called back and was told that my case had been closed since I didn't answer my phone, and if I wanted to complete the SIM swop I needed to first activate my line then contact the SIM swop department to re-do the SIM swop. I did so.

I was promised an escalation of my case, but so far nothing has happened. It goes without saying that my business is suffering because I can't be reached.

Apart from the trauma of being robbed, I now have to deal with a ridiculous Cell C administration process that couldn't care less about contract customers, yet a pay-as-you-go customers are connected in minutes.
