On contract with cellc received a new Iphone 5 almost 4 months ago. Been struggling with battery life. Although fully charged, battery last till lunch time... Went to speak to staff at Mall of the North Polokwane to resolve the issue. Its now almost 3 weeks and my phone is still not sent through to service department to determine what the problem is. There is also fault with my network connection, as i hardly pick up a 3g signal. Please assist me in my dilemma.
