DEVICE STILL FAULTY AFTER REPAIRED

I sent my device in for repairs as requested after my last complaint. The consultant that helped me after the device had come back from repairs confirmed that the device will not ask for the password again. This is not true as the device still asks for a password which no one seems to know. I am really frustrated and cannot waste anymore time going back and forth and paying for something from which I am receiving no benefit.
