Connection of cell phone lines

8ta/telkom mobile deducted R 2022.68 from my bank account and. I have also transferred another R1260 into 8ta's ABSA bank account, but still no connection of my cell phone lines.

Aiden Davids the jumped in getting the lines reconnected and also explaining to me what the problem was
