POOR SERVICE DELIVERY HAS JEOPARDISED OUR BUSINESS

Since signing up via Canon, with Neotel and Samsung THREE YEARS AGO, we have had endless problems:
1. When Canon met with us about 6 months ago, they discovered that the lines had never been connected - we had been paying for non-functioning lines and switchboard.
2. Relying solely on our Telkom and Vox Orion lines and unable to make full use of our Neotel lines means we cannot function at full capacity, but have had to pay for facilities we are unable to access. Extra costs incurred due to higher Telkom and Vox Orion accounts are significant, as well as higher cell phone bills.
3. Despite repeated requests, the PABX lines in the installation box have not been labelled. We have since had a fault on our Telkom line, but Telkom could not repair it as they were unable to tell which lines were theirs and which were Neotel's.
4. Our switchboard has been non-functional due incorrect set-up by installers.
5. We remain unable to use both Neotel lines. At present we are working with a temporary connection on Neotel, but still have no Telkom line and cannot transfer calls.
Neotel and Samsung were meant to meet with us since the temporary connection, but we have not heard from them.
