Same account month after month

My cellphone account for the months December 2012 to March 2013 is exactly the same amount. Every month I get an account for R766.17. How the is that possible?! Since the detail on the account never have amounts next to it, I can't verify the amounts. But I can see, that the calls and sms's are different every month. This smells a little funny to me. Time to switch service providers, after 8 years of issues and problems. This must be the worst service provider in South Africa!
