I was alerted by MTN DATA support that I was issued the incorrect sim card when I applied for my MTN Broadband Light package. According to MTN DATA support, I was supposed to be issued a 3G sim instead of a 64K sim. MTN DATA support advised me to visit the store to have the issue rectified, When I got to the store, I was Told by Mbali that she hasn't issued a 3G sim in over a year, I was the told that I should further enquire about the issue. I am a customer not an employee, I was there to seek their assistance, but as a concerned customer I told the that I will take the matter further, I was told by Tshidi that I was "MAD IN THE HEAD" Totally inappropriate thing to say to a client, and Totally inappropriate to say that to a customer in front of the other customers in store.
